pineapple

I love grilled pineapple so I decided to try a winter-friendly (and non-grill owning friendly) version. I simply broiled the pineapple for 10 minutes per side. Cooking pineapple sweetens the fruit and seemingly destroys the pucker possibilities (maybe that is a problem that I only have because I can eat it until I get 'sores' in my mouth).
